Organizational Design and Management is an innovative MOOC which combines online learning with case-based teaching.

My colleague Tomasz Obloj and I developed this course for the Online Master’s in Innovation & Entrepreneurship (OMIE), the first fully online international degree program launched by HEC Paris and Coursera.

The course is the result of a joint effort with the HEC Paris Digital Learning team, and the invaluable help of Saverio Favaron, Kerem Kilic, and Elena Lizunova.
