My general research interests are in the area of innovation, knowledge, and organizational learning. More specifically, I study the creation and transfer of knowledge, with particular emphasis on creative industries and the role played by social and institutional forces, such as social norms.
My work has been published in the Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Perspectives, Industrial and Corporate Change, Research Policy, and Strategic Management Journal.
In 2011, I was awarded the Best Dissertation Award of the AoM TIM Division. In 2015, I was runner-up for the Emerging Scholar Award of that same division. I currently serve as a Representative-at-Large for the AoM BPS Division. At HEC, I teach courses on Strategy and Innovation. Prior to joining academia, I worked as a product manager for L’Oréal Paris.
